Affiliates Service Agreement
This agreement is between you, The Affiliate ("Affiliate" or "you");
CLICKSURE LIMITED registered in Mauritius as a Limited Company trading as Clicksure[.com]
with a register office at Address:
10th Floor, Standard Chartered Tower, 19 Cybercity,
Mauritius with a registered company number C114013304 ("Clicksure" "Clicksure.com" "us or "we").
ClickSure.com is a Technology Platform which seeks to introduce advertisers and distributors of
products to affiliate marketing companies and individuals for the purpose of promoting the advertisers or distributor’s products and services.
ClickSure.com technology is run on a self-service basis.
The Affiliate is a single user, or representative of a larger organisation that wishes to utilise the
ClickSure.com technology platform to promote products or services from an Advertiser in order to earn a commission for a specified action.
The Affiliate will enter into a separate arrangement with the Advertiser to adhere to its specific
requirements in relation to the brand and advertising policies the contents of which the Advertiser is responsible for.
Clicksure.com will provide access to its platform to the Affiliate and the Affiliate shall utilise the platform on the terms and conditions of this agreement.
||A marketing affiliate who is signed up to the Clicksure platform and agrees to promote an Advertisers products and/or services.
||A specific area on the Clicksure website that provides information and statistics on the Affiliates performance.
||A specific internet link that contains the affiliates Clicksure username. All internet traffic through these links is regarded as being supplied by the affiliate.
||An individual or business that choose to promote either their own products and/or services on the Clicksure platform.
||This references a set of terms and conditions acknowledged by an Affiliate and the Advertiser set by the Advertiser which includes but is not limited to; Payment Terms, Advertising Policies, Product Claims, Disclosure Agreements and Promotional Limitations.
||A Campaign created by an Advertiser inside the Clicksure platform to promote a specific product and/or service.
||An area of the Clicksure website dedicated to listing the available Campaigns an affiliate can choose to promote.
||The Payout Rate or Affiliate Payout is either the revenue share percentage (in the case of revenue share Campaigns) or fixed fee (in the case of CPA or CPL Campaigns) that the Advertiser agrees to pay to the Affiliate for each authentic completed action.
|Private Affiliate Payout
||A Private Affiliate Payout is a modified Payout Rate agreed between an Advertiser and Affiliate that differs in some way from the Campaign’s default Payout Rate.
2.1 This Agreement shall come into force when the Affiliate clicks on the ‘Create My Affiliate Account’ button on the sign-up process and shall remain in effect unless terminated in accordance with clause 2.2 or any breach of this agreement by the Advertiser.
2.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement upon giving at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party to terminate the Agreement.
2.3 Following termination, any traffic that passes through an affiliate link of the terminated account will be handled at the related Advertisers discretion, or blocked completely by Clicksure. Please see clause 8 for additional applicable provisions.
2.10 This document references the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement which you must also be aware of and accept in order to promote campaigns on the ClickSure platform. You can view this document here
3. Becoming an Affiliate
3.1 To become an affiliate you must provide the following information;
3.1.1 Username: A unique identification for our platform. This will be used in affiliate links.
3.1.2 Password: To access the system. Your password should be kept secure at all times.
3.1.3 First Name: Your first name (or given name) as it is on your birth certificate or similar identification. Nicknames or pseudonym are expressly prohibited.
3.1.4 Last Name: Your surname (or family name) as it is on your birth certificate or similar identification. Nicknames or pseudonym are expressly prohibited.
3.1.5 Email Address: A valid contact e-mail address that you control.
3.1.6 Country: Your country of residence.
3.1.7 Mobile: A valid mobile phone contact number that you control.
3.1.8 Account Holder Name: A company or payee name that is on your bank account
3.1.9 Address: Your full, valid address containing the state/county and postal code of your current residence
3.1.10 Date of Birth: Your date of birth, as identified on your birth certificate or similar identification.
3.2 If the Affiliate is accepted into the Clicksure platform, all the information that you provide in clause 3.1 must be accurate and true to your knowledge at the time of submission. It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to keep all user account information up to date. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account termination as outlined in clause 8.
3.3 Approval and acceptance of an Affiliate is at the sole discretion of Clicksure and Clicksure reserves the right to refuse applications. The Affiliate hereby consents to Clicksure using the Affiliate’s details and Personal Data for the purposes of carrying out any checks that it considers to be necessary to confirm the identity of the Affiliate, its suitability for (and the suitability of the Affiliate Website) for the Clicksure Affiliate Program and any other matter which is connected to the Affiliate’s application and, where subsequently accepted by Clicksure, is connected to its activities and role as a Clicksure Affiliate.
3.4 The Affiliate accepts that Clicksure may pass on any and all of this data to an Advertiser to give that Advertiser the ability to assess its suitability for (and the suitability of the Affiliate Website) for their own Campaigns.
3.5 By submitting the application form the Affiliate agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Clicksure shall consider the Affiliate’s application. The Affiliate at time of registration will choose and register with Clicksure the Affiliate’s login and password which will enable the Affiliate to gain access to that resource area of the Clicksure Website that is dedicated to the Affiliate (defined as “the Affiliate Dashboard").
3.6 If the Affiliate is accepted into the Clicksure platform they will required to completed Know Your Customer (KYC) validation. This involves the submission of 2 forms of valid compliance documentation from the following lists (1 from each);
3.6.1 Photo Identification

3.7 KYC Documentation is held privately by Clicksure and will be reviewed and assessed by our compliance teams who have full discretion on evaluating whether documentation provided is both genuine and accepted. Clicksure reserves the right to request further documentation in any specific Affiliate case.
3.8 When accessing available Campaigns in the Affiliate Dashboard section known as the Marketplace the Affiliate will be presented with the opportunity to review the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreements, by choosing to promote any Campaign the Affiliate is deemed to have read and accepted these terms which shall be binding upon both the Affiliate and related Advertiser.
3.9 An Affiliate can upgrade their account to VIP for a one off payment. This provides them with priority email and Skype support along with access to strategy guides about online marketing.
4. Advertiser-Affiliate Agreements
4.1 Upon choosing a Campaign to promote from the Clicksure Marketplace you are deemed to have accepted the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreements for that Campaign
4.2 The Advertiser-Affiliate Agreements are between the Advertiser, the creator or owner of the campaign and the Affiliate. Clicksure is not responsible for breaches of these terms on either side of the Agreement, nor are we responsible for any claims, promises, agreements or compensations offered for any activity that is tracked through the Clicksure Platform.
4.3 The specific terms for each campaign including but not limited to payout amounts, payout dates, void and refund terms, private affiliate payouts and CPS percentages will be set by the Advertiser and are the sole responsibility of the relevant Advertiser.

5. Fees & Payments
5.1 The Affiliate will earn Payouts for sales made through a campaign as outlined in the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement. All agreements of funds for sales are between the Advertiser and Affiliate and are specifically laid out in the Advertiser Affiliate Agreement. There are three possible Campaigns.
5.1.1 CPA (Cost Per Action): Cost Per Action campaigns typically payout to an affiliate when a specific action is completed on the advertisers website by a visitor sent by the Affiliate, usually related to the sale of a product. Cost Per Action sales are subject to the sales verification process (outlined in clause 6), at Clicksure’s discretion and the void process at the Advertisers discretion. While refund and voiding of payments is possible (at either the Advertiser or Clicksure’s discretion) sales are not automatically reversed on a customer refund.
5.1.2 CPL (Cost Per Lead): Cost Per Lead Action campaigns typically payout when a visitor provided by the Affiliate submits information to the Advertiser through their site. CPL sales are subject to the sales verification process (outlined in clause 6) at Clicksure’s discretion and the void process at the Advertisers discretion. While refund and voiding of payments is possible (at either the Advertiser or Clicksure’s discretion) sales are not automatically reversed on a customer refund.
5.1.3: CPS (Cost Per Sale): Cost per Sale campaigns offer to pay a percentage share (determined in the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement) to the Affiliate when a visitor purchases a product or service through the Advertiser’s Campaign. Unlike CPA or CPL campaigns customer refunds, chargebacks will be automatically reversed. Additional actions may also be reversed by the Advertiser as per the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement.
5.2 Clicksure issues weekly payments via a . In order for a payment to be issued all the following clauses must be true for each account the Affiliate controls or payment will not be made on that account;
5.2.1 Amount due exceeds the minimum payment threshold of $250.00 (USD)
5.2.2 The Account status is “Active"
5.2.3 Compliance documents have been provided, verified and approved at Clicksure’s discretion
5.2.4 The Affiliate has made at least 5 actions and their sales methods have been verified at Clicksure’s discretion
5.2.5 The commissions have been held as per the payment terms of Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement
5.2.6 The Affiliate Account is registered to the same individual/company that payments are being issued to.
5.3 Second Tier is a referral scheme set up by ClickSure. This allows Affiliates who are already registered with ClickSure to refer new Affiliates to the network. The existing Affiliate will have a link that can be given to the new Affiliate to register with ClickSure. Once the registration and approval process is complete, the new Affiliate can begin promoting offers and making conversions. For every conversion made, the Affiliate who referred him will receive a small percent of the payout. The referral percentage can range from 1% to 3% of the amount paid out to the 2nd tier affiliate. Affiliates can find their Second Tier links and more information under the Second Tier tab in their Affiliate account.
The same payment criteria needs to be met in order to receive Second Tier payments (compliance approved, meet threshold, etc). Note that Second tier commissions are not combined with the CPA/CPL/CPS commissions. The Affiliate needs to make a minimum of $1000 second Tier commissions in order to be paid out.
5.4 If Clicksure has any evidence (determined at its discretion) that an Affiliate has breached the terms of this Agreement or the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement then ClickSure reserve the right to withhold payments until the situation has been fully investigated. This may ultimately result in the termination of account and indefinite suspension of the funds. Neither Clicksure nor the Advertiser will be liable (financially or otherwise) for any loss incurred by the Affiliate as a result of this decision.
5.5 Clicksure does not usually apply a fee to Affiliate Payouts (providing the statements in clause 5.2 are true) however the third party platform payment service provider will take a small fee. By accepting this agreement the Affiliate acknowledges the fee is solely the responsibility of the Affiliate. Neither Clicksure nor the related Advertiser will be liable or responsible in any way to pay the fees of third party payment providers on behalf of an affiliate.
5.6 If your account is requested to be closed with a positive balance and if the statements in clause 5.2 are true you may be, at Clicksure’s discretion, eligible for a payout of your remaining fees. In this situation Clicksure will apply an administration fee to the payout to be determined at the sole discretion of Clicksure.
5.7 By accepting this agreement the Affiliate acknowledges they are responsible for Dormancy Fee’s in relation to their account. Dormancy fees apply to an affiliate account where funds have been present for a minimum of 90 days and the Affiliate hasn’t made any actions during that period. Dormancy fees are applied at $1 per day. Dormancy fees will cease if the affiliate makes an action.
5.8 Payment of funds is subject to the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement and the Affiliate will only be paid when the relevant Advertiser has funded their account. Clicksure will not be responsible for any lack of funding by the Advertiser.
5.9 No payout shall be payable to the Affiliate for any actions which occur by visits made to the Campaign by a link which is not the Affiliates Link and/or by visits made to the Campaign other than via the Link even if those customers have followed the Link previously, unless they followed the Link within the requisite number of days prior to the transaction as notified to the Affiliate on Clicksure Website Affiliate’s Dashboard.
5.10 No payout shall be payable to the Affiliate for any customers or actions secured otherwise than in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and /or for any customers or transactions which are not genuine or which involve use of fraudulent means including but not limited to any of those methods set out in clause 6 and if Commission has been paid to the Affiliate before Clicksure becomes aware of circumstances giving rise to this clause, the provisions of clause 5.11 shall apply to enable Clicksure recovery of all Commission paid to the Affiliate for customers or transactions referred to in this clause.
5.11 In the case of evidence being provided that the Affiliate has been paid out for fraudulent, spam or falsified traffic Clicksure will issue an invoice for monies owed. Clicksure reserve the right to withhold future payments to the Affiliate in the case this invoice is not paid in order to reclaim the monies owed.
6. Sales Verification, Trust Score & Fraud
6.1 All affiliate accounts are subject to evaluation via the sales verification process and the Clicksure Trust Score. By accepting this agreement the Affiliate acknowledges the existence of both these processes and grants Clicksure full discretion in administering them with application to their Affiliate account.
6.2 The Trust Score system is a point based metric which considers different aspects of the Affiliate account in order to determine how reliable the Affiliate is. Affiliates can increase their Trust Score by completing variety of activities including but not limited to; completing compliance documentation verification, maintaining a low void/refund rate, possessing an active payment service provider account, maintaining consistent account activity, averaging earnings of at least $1000 for 4 or more weeks consistently.
6.2.1 Advertisers can use Trust Score to prevent Affiliates promoting their campaign at their own discretion as per the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement
6.2.2 Affiliates can view their own Trust Score in the “My Account" section of the Clicksure website
6.3 All Affiliate accounts are subject to a Sales Verification Process. The first instance of this will occur after the Affiliate has made their first 5 sales or actions but subsequent Sales Verifications may be applied at Clicksure’s discretion without limitation.
6.4 The Affiliate may be required to provide evidence to the Clicksure compliance team of how and where they have been promoting a specific Campaign. Evidence requested may include, but is not limited to; website URLs, screenshots of ad placements, URLs of associated blog or social media accounts, email templates and email list sizes.
6.5 The information, or any lack thereof, will be taken into account on a case by case basis by the Clicksure Compliance Team. If any of this information appears to be in breach of either this agreement or the Advertiser Affiliate Agreement your account may be suspended or terminated as outlined in clause 8.
6.6 All evaluation of the information is performed solely at Clicksure’s discretion and by accepting this agreement you grant Clicksure sole permission to decide what does and does not constitute as breach of this agreement or the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement. Clicksure may consult with both the Affiliate and the Advertiser to make the best decision but will not be liable (financially or otherwise) for the outcome of this decision.
6.7 All information provided to the Compliance Team must be accurate to the best of the Affiliates knowledge, if any information is found to be false or purposeful deceptive the Affiliate will be in breach of this agreement which could result in account suspension or termination as outlined in clauses 7 and 8.
6.8 Any actions, clicks or sales that are sent by an Affiliate that are deemed as Fraudulent by either the Advertiser (as per the Advertiser Affiliate Agreement) or Clicksure (as per clauses 6.1-6.7 on this agreement) will be Voided within the Clicksure platform. The affiliate will not be paid out for these actions and by accepting this agreement the Affiliate grants the Advertiser and Clicksure unlimited capacity to use the information available and allocate a Fraud status to any/all actions performed through the Clicksure Platform. Neither Clicksure nor the Advertiser will be liable (financially or otherwise) for any loss incurred by the Affiliate as a result of this decision.
6.9 By accepting this agreement you grant Clicksure the right to pursue recovery of any funds already paid out that are subsequently identified as fraud in line with clauses 6.1-6.8 of this agreement. In the case of fund recovery being necessary Clicksure may deduct fund from your current affiliate balance, raise a separate invoice, which should be paid in 30 days, or pursue legal action to recover unpaid funds. The affiliate will be liable for the payment/recovery of these funds without exception.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
7.1 Your Affiliate account may be suspended or terminated under any breach of this agreement or the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement, but Clicksure reserves the right to terminate an account at any time without limitation. The most common causes for this are highlighted in the sub-clauses below
7.1.1 Clicksure is made aware that you supplied any false information during the sign-up process
7.1.2 Clicksure determines (at its sole discretion) that fraudulent actions have originated from your account
7.1.3 An unpaid invoice is held against your account for voided fraudulent activity
7.1.4 The Affiliate was not reachable on the provided contact information in your account
7.1.5 The Affiliate failed to complete KYC compliance steps
7.1.6 The Affiliate was reported to be breaking any local, international or other applicable laws or regulations in the process of your promotions of a campaign.
7.1.7 The Affiliate breached content restrictions as part of the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement
7.1.8 The Affiliate has a high charge back or refund rate
7.1.9 The Affiliate has displayed abusive behaviour to a member of the Clicksure staff or other members of the Clicksure community including Advertisers and Affiliates.
7.1.10 Unethical/Inappropriate promotional methods (promoting to children, illegal promotional methods, explicit/violent material etc.)
7.2 On Suspension or Termination of your account the functionality may be restricted, these include but are not limited to; no longer being able to access the Affiliate Dashboard, the redirecting or disabling of Affiliate Links, the deletion of data stored within your affiliate account, the ability to contact the Clicksure Support Team, The suspension of your VIP access details.
7.3 Any funds currently accumulated inside your Affiliate account at the point of account Termination will be lost. Clicksure will accept no reasonability, financially or otherwise, for the loss of these funds or any related losses that come as a result of the account being terminated.
7.4 In specific cases (to be determined at ClickSure’s sole discretion) Clicksure may allow a suspended accounts funds to be paid out. In these cases Clicksure will charge an administration fee for the payment which shall be agreed by the Affiliate at the time of payout.
7.5 In the case that Clicksure closes a platform any associated affiliate accounts will also be closed and clause 7.2 will apply. In the cases that these accounts have positive funds then the clause 7.3 will also apply.
8. Ending This Agreement
8.1 This agreement shall commence when the Affiliate creates a new account as laid out in Clause 2.
8.2 Either Party may terminate this Agreement on 14 days prior written notice to the other Party. Terminating this agreement will result in the termination of your Affiliate account and the loss of any funds currently held within it as outlined in clause 7.3
8.3 Clicksure may immediately terminate this agreement if the Affiliate;
8.3.1 breaches the terms of this Agreement (and if remediable the breach has not been remedied within 14 days of receiving notice requiring it to be remedied). For the purposes of this Agreement any breach of clauses 3, 4, 5 or 6 shall be breaches which are not capable of remedy and shall entitle Clicksure to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect;
8.3.2 ceases or threatens to cease to carry on business; and/or
8.3.3 is declared or becomes insolvent or bankrupt, has a moratorium declared in respect of any of its indebtedness, enters into administration, receivership, administrative receivership or liquidation or threatens to do any of these things, takes or suffers any similar action in any jurisdiction or any step is taken (including, without limitation, the making of an application or the giving of any notice) by it or by any other person in respect of any of these circumstances.
8.3.4 breaches any terms under the Campaigns related Advertiser-Affiliate agreement
8.4.4 is found in any way to be committing, facilitating or taking part in any fraudulent activity both on and off the Clicksure platform to be determined at Clicksure’s discretion. Clicksure may take information, evidence or advice from any relevant third party in order to facilitate this decision.
8.4.5 if Clicksure receive complaints or advisors from regulatory bodies of any kind (including but not limited to ICANN, URIBL, Spamhaus or our hosting providers) that the affiliate account in question is perceived to be responsible for spamming or unwarranted email or traffic behaviour.
9.1 Whether or not such losses were foreseeable or foreseen at the date of this Agreement Clicksure shall have no Liability to the Affiliate for any:
9.1.1 loss of profits and/or damage to goodwill;
9.1.2 pure economic and/or other similar losses;
9.1.3 special damages;
9.1.4 aggravated, punitive and/or exemplary damages;
9.1.5 loss and/or corruption of data; and/or
9.1.6 business interruption, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of opportunity and/or production.
9.2 As referenced in clauses 4.2 and 4.3 Clicksure shall hold no liability in any way for unpaid payouts that are due to be paid by an Advertiser. All missing payouts are covered by the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement which is between the Advertiser and the Affiliate and does not include ClickSure as a partner or member in any way.
9.3 Each of the limitations and/or exclusions in this Agreement shall be deemed to be repeated and apply as a separate provision for each of: except the clause above placing financial caps on Clicksure’s Liability which shall be deemed to apply once only to cover all of the said types of Liability.
9.3.1 Liability in contract (including fundamental breach);
9.3.2 Liability in tort (including negligence);
9.3.3 Liability for breach of statutory duty; and
9.3.4 Liability for breach of common law and/or under any other legal business;
9.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit the Liability of either party for death or personal injury due to its negligence, Liability for its fraud and/or any other Liability which it is not permitted to exclude or limit as a matter of law.
9.5 Clicksure makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the Advertiser Campaign or its availability or functionality and all implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for purpose are expressly disclaimed and excluded. The Affiliate accepts that the operation of the Clicksure Website may not be error free or uninterrupted and Clicksure are not liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors in the performance or content of the Clicksure Website.
10. Legal Content
The Affiliate is solely responsible for his/her website(s) and all its contents, and shall ensure that they conform at all times to all applicable laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction and the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
11. Copyright / Intellectual Property
ClickSure owns all copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, know-how or any other rights connected to the service or software necessary for the service. This includes all programming, creative, artwork and images supplied by ClickSure or on behalf of ClickSure. The Affiliate does not acquire any rights or licences whatsoever under this Agreement.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 ClickSure shall not be liable for the legality of the ClickSure service in countries other than The Republic of Mauritius. The Advertiser is solely responsible for the legality of the use of the service if the Affiliate is registered to the ClickSure service from a country other than The Republic of Mauritius or if the Affiliate website is on a server in a country other than Mauritius.
12.2 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Mauritius.
12.3 If any dispute arises out of this Agreement the parties will attempt to settle it by a mediation procedure as the parties may agree in writing.
12.4 Your use of the ClickSure platform is irrefutable acknowledgement by you that you have read and agreed to each and every term and provision of this Agreement.
12.5 The Affiliate acknowledges that it is their sole legal responsibility to inform and enforce all geographically applicable laws relating to the sale, promotion and marketing of their products and/or services by Affiliates on the ClickSure network. Any such limitation and laws should be visible in the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement for each relevant Campaign. ClickSure accepts no responsibility or liability(whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) to repay any sums relating to the breach of the Advertiser-Affiliate Agreement by either parties, or for the failure of the Advertiser to properly research or implement said Agreement.
13. Affiliate Information
13.1 The Affiliate consents to the publication of the Affiliate’s name, web address and all other information provided by the Affiliate on the ClickSure website and to ClickSure sending newsletters and other communications to the Affiliates and using the information given by the Advertiser for marketing purposes. The Affiliate confirms that, in order to enable ClickSure to improve, promote or market the service, ClickSure may produce statistics or summaries relating to the use of the service.
13.2 ClickSure may contact the Affiliate by email, telephone, by post, SMS or via social media network for feedback relating to the service, including any ways in which it might be improved, both for the ClickSure network and for the individual Advertiser. All information collected is confidential and will be used solely for mutual benefit in any campaigns or promotions.
13.3 The Affiliate is aware that under Mauritius law we must hold copies of identity and compliance documents supplied by the Affiliate in their account along with compliance documents relating to any additional billing addresses listed in your Affiliate account. ClickSure will take all reasonable and legal steps to protect this information and will release documents only to the relevant authorities under their request.
14.1 ClickSure reserves the right to amend and update this Agreement at any time, by posting written notice of the changes on the ClickSure.com website or in an email/newsletter.
14.2 If you do not accept changes made pursuant to clause 14.2, you will be entitled to terminate by serving thirty (30) days prior written notice to ClickSure. If formal notice of termination is provided within 14 days of the changed terms being issued, the amended terms will not apply during your thirty (30) day notice period.
14.3 The Affiliate shall not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract, declare a trust of or deal in any other manner with any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the ClickSure (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
14.4 ClickSure may at any time assign, transfer, mortgage, charge or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. ClickSure may subcontract or delegate in any manner any or all of its obligations under this Agreement to any third party or agent.
14.5 ClickSure may disclose to a proposed assignee any information in its possession that relates to this Agreement or its subject matter, the negotiations relating to it and the other party which it is reasonably necessary to disclose for the purposes of the proposed assignment.
14.6 No one other than a party to this Agreement, their successors and permitted assignees, shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.
15. Advertiser Sponsored Adverts, Banners and Newsletters
ClickSure provides the Advertiser Sponsored Adverts, Banners and Newsletters as a free service to our valued Vendors and Affiliates. The contents of all material made available via the Sponsored Adverts Banners and Newsletters are provided solely by the individual Advertiser and not by ClickSure. The Sponsored Adverts, Banners and Newsletters are intended to help Advertisers provide Affiliates with information about their products and promotions. While ClickSure requires Advertisers using the Sponsored Adverts, Banners and Newsletters to present only accurate and reliable information, ClickSure does not independently review or verify information submitted by Advertisers for accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness. ClickSure does not guarantee, or assume any responsibility or liability for, the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness of any such information nor is it responsible for any bonuses, prizes, or other incentives offered by Advertisers. Your use of any information presented by an Advertiser is voluntary, and your reliance is at your own risk.
ClickSure’s publication of any information, statements, or claims via Sponsored Adverts, Banners and Newsletters does not constitute its endorsement of any Advertiser, Product, or incentive.
