ClickSure Refunds and Cancellations
Our Consumer Promise
As a leading online retailer, ClickSure takes customer service and satisfaction very seriously. To ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase, we have created what we call our 'ClickSure Consumer Promise'.
Basically, if you are not satisfied with ANY Clicksure purchase, we will issue a full refund, within 60 Days. We believe this is one of the most comprehensive refund guarantees available for online purchases. More importantly, all sellers using ClickSure to process payments for their products must operate by using this guarantee. No exceptions means whatever you buy from us, you're covered.
ClickSure sellers are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with the ClickSure Consumer Promise. This is very important for you as it ensures peace of mind when purchasing across the whole of the Clicksure community. In fact we feel so strongly about this, if you find a product that is being sold through ClickSure with any guarantees or warranties that conflicts with our Consumer Promise, please report it to us so that we may take corrective action.
ClickSure's Product Refund Policy
ClickSure will, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the refund, fix or replacement of any product purchased using our services within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring subscription billing products, refunds for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day refund period.
Customers requesting a refund after 60 days will be required to work directly with the Seller for technical support or customer service. ClickSure Sellers may request a return, on behalf of a customer, of any purchase up to 90 days after the date of the ClickSure customer's purchase.
If a customer requests a refund and it is approved by ClickSure, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, in part or whole. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be refunded. Multiple payments can be refunded as long as they are within ClickSure's 60 day refund period. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in cancellation of the billing subscription. Refunds will only be credited back to the account or card used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
Reasons Why A Purchase May Be Refunded:
- Contacted our dedicated customer support team asking for assistance if required
- Submitted your request for a refund within 60 days of making your purchase
- Provided a valid reason for requesting a return within 60 days of purchase
- If the seller of the product requests a return on the customer's behalf within 90 days of purchase
- If our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the return * Provided a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized.
- For any other reason ClickSure Support deems appropriate.
ClickSure's Cancellation Policy
A customer may cancel a product with recurring billing subscriptions at any time. The cancellation of a subscription means that no future payments will be charged. (Please note that the cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund.)

ClickSure Affiliate VIP
Please note that the ClickSure VIP Affiliate Program is not covered by the ClickSure Promise, as this is a monthly subscription to our exclusive VIP membership. The membership is charged monthly from the date you first subscribed to our service. However please also note that you can cancel your membership at ANY time. As you are provided with exclusive services immediately after your subscription is activated, the monthly service charge is non-refundable.
If you wish to update or cancel your subscription to the ClickSure Affiliate Program, you can do so by logging into your Affiliate account and sending us an email with details of why you wish to cancel your membership. Once your membership has been cancelled, you will not be billed any future payments and access to all VIP services will cease.
