If you have purchased a product from our marketplace or if someone else has unlawfully used your card to purchase a product through our platform, please contact our Refund and Billing Support team and they will look up your order and provide you with instant assistance.

Please make sure you provide the following information with your request:

• The date and time of the transaction
• The value of the transaction
• The first digit of your credit or debit card number
• The last four digits of your credit or debit card number
• The expiry date of your credit or debit card

You will never be asked to provide:

• The full credit or debit card number
• The three digit security code (CVV/CVC)
• Your banking PIN, password or security answer
